This girl,
at 9 1/2 months old,
changes every day.
Sports has two teeth:
Crawls. In a weird "Does she know that right leg works?" kind of way (11 seconds long):
Pulls herself up to stand.
Feeds herself Cheerios.
Is weaned (*sniff*).
Loves shoulder rides:
Babbles almost all the time.
Snuggles up to my shoulder to bring it within chewing range.
Makes me laugh:
Makes me cry.
Loves electronics (for chewing purposes only).
Imitates zombies:
Turns the pages of books when I read to her.
Bursts out laughing when she sees other kids.
And, my personal favorite, gasps (4 seconds long):
Please never, ever tell me, "Oh, just wait until she's a toddler. It's going to be horrible."
I'd rather not waste time dreading what's coming when I could be enjoying what IS.
Camber, she's perfect!
ReplyDeleteShe is so cute. Enjoy (almost) every minute. They really do grow up too fast. Landon is turning 4 on Sunday. I can't believe how fast the time has gone.
ReplyDeleteShe's adorable! For what it's worth, toddlers are 10 times more fun! Don't dread it, you'll love every age!
ReplyDeleteSO fun! Every age is enjoyable! Especially a toddler. Of course there are trying times with every age, but I have loved all ages. You have an adorable little girl on your hands. Miss you guys.
ReplyDeleteAs it does get harder and harder, it also gets more and more fun as they grow. Toddlerhood isn't for the weak, but you'll also find yourself laughing more than you ever have in your life. :)
ReplyDeleteLOVE HER CHEEKS!!
ReplyDeleteShe is seriously one of the cutest babies! By the way, as much as she'll test your patience as a toddler, you'll still think she's adorable and love her to death. You may even fight back laughing uncontrollably at her tantrums. Just saying.
